2) We’ll offer some spare parts for free when arrange delivery;

3) If any quality issue during the guarantee period: we will send the replace parts, except wearing parts or parts due to manual mistake and abnormal factors, to the buyer, which is free of charge including express carrier charge.

4) If there is any quality issue beyond the guarantee period: the buyer has to pay components cost and other expenses like express carrier charge;

5) If any issue needs SMT to help solve, the after-sales service team will give response in the shortest time. We can help solve it by teaching buyer’s employees or remote control. Our team also can go to the customer’s factory to help.
